I am a writer, project manager and marketing consultant living in St-Lazare, Quebec, Canada. I hold a Master of Science in Administration degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a DEC in Professional Theatre. I have worked in the cut-throat, high-tech corporate world and have ridden the rollercoaster of entrepreneurialism.

My work life included marketing communications roles at high-tech organizations Matrox and BCE Emergis where I managed advertising campaigns, branding, creation of collateral and marketing strategies. I also worked at RC Hagen, a pet supply company, as a Marketing Operations manager and for several clients as a consultant including health care congresses such as World Federation of Hemophilia, Pediatric Neurology Congress, Human Proteome Organization and many others.

I have written extensively for corporate clients and local newspapers, and have published a short story in descant, Fort Worth’s Journal of Poetry and Fiction.

I have had two children and innumerable pets. I have a love of community and nature and have founded two organizations: Circle of Friends which helps families in crisis and Friends of Dunes Lake which recently saved an old-growth forest from development.
